Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between SearchFlo Inc., 915 W Grape St #605, San Diego, CA 92101 ("SearchFlo", "we", "us"), which operates Cardira, and the business that signs up for and uses Cardira ("you"). By creating an account or using Cardira, you agree to these terms.

Cardira is a CRM for service businesses. It lets you keep contacts, properties, jobs, quotes, invoices and schedules, send messages to your customers, take payments, and give your customers a portal.

You are responsible for your account, for keeping sign-in details secure, and for everything done under it. You decide who on your staff gets access and what role they have, and you are responsible for their use of Cardira and for the customer data they enter.

You agree not to:

• break any law, or use Cardira to send spam or messages people have not agreed to receive;
• upload anything you do not have the right to share, or anything harmful such as malware;
• try to get into another business's data, or to break, probe or overload the service;
• resell or copy the service without our written permission.

You own the data you put into Cardira. You are responsible for having the right to collect and store your customers' information and to contact them through Cardira. We handle that data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Customer payments run through Stripe Connect into your own Stripe account. Your use of Stripe is governed by your agreement with Stripe. Payouts, refunds, disputes and Stripe's fees are between you, your customers and Stripe.

Cardira works with outside services, including Google Calendar, Stripe and Resend. Each is provided under its own terms, and we are not responsible for those services.

Cardira is in early access. We work to keep it running, but we do not guarantee any level of uptime, and features may change during early access.

You can stop using Cardira at any time and ask us to close your account by emailing support@cardira.io. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service. Where we can, we will give notice so you can export your data first.

Cardira is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, SearchFlo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about Cardira is limited to the amount you paid us for Cardira in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above, and for significant changes we will notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use Cardira after a change means you accept it.
